5 stars for Eclectic Estates! I called EE for help with a last minute estate sale request on a weekend. Due to a need to reschedule on their side, my client and myself had the pleasure of meeting with Cynthia, the owner, on Monday afternoon. My client signed the contract that day. The team hit the ground running, starting on Tuesday, and were very ready for the sale by Friday. This crew truly went above and beyond what was promised. They knew prices and if they were unsure of an item value it was researched. They kept myself and the owner informed at every step of the process and finished with a thorough recap showing the final condition of the home, which was very clean. Although they were new to us, I felt everyone was honest & trustworthy. They were mindful of the seller’s needs, and their thoughtful approach made all the difference. I’ve worked with several companies throughout my career in real estate, but I’ve never encountered anyone like Cynthia and her crew. I will happily refer Eclectic Estates anytime.
